Check out this must see wedding at Stones of the Yarra Valley with Alyse and James!

I would have to say that Stones of the Yarra Valley is one of my favourite wedding reception venues in Victoria! I have probably photographed about 20+ weddings here and every time it’s just perfect. I love the Stones of the Yarra Valley landscape, the chapel is gorgeous, the Stables are soooo cute and almost seems like Stones of the Yarra Valley built the Stables area specifically for photographers! Really amazing venue!!

Thanks Rick Liston for your amazing Drone flying skills!

So, back to this ridiculously cute couple, Alyse and James! While James was getting ready at a nearby bed and breakfast, Alyse was getting ready with her bridesmaids in the Stables at Stones of the Yarra Valley. We got some really gorgeous photos of the girls and Alyse’s family before it was time to head over to the wedding chapel for their ceremony.

Their wedding was so cute, so much love in the air! Watching James’ quivering bottom lip as he saw his beautiful bride for the first time was priceless!!

After the wedding ceremony was over, it was time to start their wedding photography shoot around the grounds at Stones of the Yarra Valley. We started in The Stables, did some super funny bridal party photos at the bar and then headed out into the vineyard. This is where we pulled out the big guns. I called a friend who had a drone camera and got some absolutely stunning photos of the bride and groom hanging out in the vineyards at Stones of the Yarra Valley. These unique aerial photos were so beautiful, with a wide angle view of the vineyard and the Barn in the background. After having plenty of fun hanging out on location, it was time to head in for their reception.

The reception went off without a hitch, the dancing, partying, speeches and whole vibe was just spot on. A really gorgeous wedding.
